Let’s Talk About Sex: Top 7 Things I Have Learned About Women and the Opposite Sex

Hi,

I am writing this in the middle of a really old crush resurfacing to confuse me and annoy me and therefore forgive me if this post is an incoherent babble. The infatuation has taken over. Here now are the top 7 things that I have learned about women while abroad

1) A Woman is a Woman is a Woman. A man is a man is a man

Simply put it doesn’t matter where you go, whether a Samburu village or a Sex and the City film set. Men pretty much have the same physical and psychological characteristics and woman are just the same beautifu, gorgeous, magnificent, si u and me we go (sorry a digression, I began to think about her again).

2 ) Women Respond to Strength of Will

This one took me a long time to understand but once I got it, I got it and I see it everywhere. With the exception of a lot of Westerners who have chosen to reverse gender roles, the simple rule is this. Many men chase one woman. The strongest/quickest/fastest/wittiest man with the strongest will wins. It doesn’t matter if the losers are nice guys or if they write in their journals. Women tend to respond to the most confident man who goes after them with the most persistence. I have heard far too many stories like:

He chased me for x period. At first he was so annoying, always chasing me, always calling me. Now I can’t live without him.

3) Women End Up Doing Most of the Chasing

Should a woman be the one who chases the man, woe is her because as soon as couples enter relationships, nine times out of ten it is the woman who chases the man. It’s the woman who always wants to talk and know what’s on his mind. It’s her who keeps enticing him with food and sexual favours so he’ll pay her a visit if he hasn’t in weeks. To put it in a soundbite:

With a woman, you put in all the hard work in the beginning. Once the tiles are well laid. The house will remain solid for a long time.

4) There are about 4 moments when a woman is at her most open and vunerable

When she laughs; whoever made her laugh has a piece of her soul in that moment.

When she cries or gets angry; she is hurt and has a wound on her soul.

When she has an orgasm: Oxytocin kicks in and the man who took her to Mount Orgasm has her in the palm of his hand.

5) Women Don’t Enjoy Sex As Much as Men

They enjoy it in an entirely different way. For men, the best way to think about the sex drive is to imagine a tobacco addiction x100 that all of a sudden starts firing up when a boy enters puberty. Within the span of a day a buxom woman goes from being disgusting to being the only thing on this Earth that you want. When a man goes after sex, he goes after it to conquer.

He goes into it first because dudes love to win. He goes after intercourse to satisfy a penis that will literally never ever shut up for the rest of his life. He goes after her to force his way into being accepted and loved by a woman.

Woman on the other hand are not born with this sex addiction, with the exception of the occasional nymphomaniac. Though there are a large number of women who go after sex purely for pleasure, this is only usually after being jaded and disillusioned by the opposite sex. Women are far too emotional and emotionally in touch with every moment of every day to be able to distance the emotion from the sex the way a man can. Wow, this tip is too long….on to the next one.

6) Age Is About Psychology not Chronology

The psychological age of a man will determine how old a woman he gets. Physical age means very little in the grand scheme of things (si u know this only applies in the West. Back in Mama Africa different story….)

7) A Lot of Men Have a ‘Wife’ Lined Up

Whether it’s in the imagination, or in reality as in my case, a lot of men (more than I would have guessed previously) have a woman who they think of as wife material. A lot of promiscous men view their wholesale distribution of sperm to any woman who comes as a fun way of exorcising a demon before settling down (though a lot of men chose to re-open the wholesale business once married, sad, very sad).

I wish I could tell you there was some profound point I was aiming at in this post. I got nada. I am experiencing extreme infatuation and I am confused. Hell if there are any spelling errors pole lakini am to confused to spell check or make the post pretty.

Feel like you want to tell me something? Type a little something in the comment section below.

Be blessed and bless others and have a happy belated Valentine with your heart’s muse,

Mwangi

I needed to come across point 2 and 3. Currently trying to lay the tiles but not so sure if I’m making the right progress…

Nice thoughts you have here. And btw, the Obama piece was spot on!

Thanks people. I am glad the ramblings of a lovesick puppy were of some use to someone. Thanks for the compliment about the Obama post Ken, you are one of only two people who had anything nice to say to me about that article.

Btw, mwasjd I just read your blog post about your situation. You write that you expressed yourself. How did that go? I pretty much have exactly the same personality type: I am not very good at being forward in this area. Aren’t I glad I met someone in exactly the same situation?

I’m still waiting. We’ve gone out on a couple of dates but no definate response from her end. I’ve decided not to pressure her, but I don’t know how long this will last.
